Imtashal Tariq
Development Manager
Imtashal Tariq serves as the development manager at ITD, where she leads and executes fundraising efforts for the organization. Prior to joining ITD, Imtashal oversaw the development function of the National Jazz Museum in Harlem, a nont-for-profit providing arts education in systemically under-resourced public schools and communities across New York City. She values social justice and has extensive experience as a teacher. Imtashal is a first-generation college graduate who holds an MPhil from University of Cambridge, and is a Diversity Fellow at the American Political Science Association. During her off time Imtashal loves to travel and immersing herself in other cultures. She also enjoys shoe shopping and learning how to compost.
