ITD’s official articles of incorporation are filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth on August 8, 1985.

ITD reaches 1000 participants!
ITD reaches a milestone of 1000 participants with its El Salvador Women’s Leadership program

Public Administration
Reinventing Government!
ITD begins a multi-year partnership with the Indonesian Ministry of Regional Development toward open and effective public administration and governance

Civic Engagement!
ITD provides educators’ workshops for developing civics education curricula for the countries of Romania, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia
